This service is for people who want to solely explore their nutrition habits. Meet with a NC Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist/ Registered Dietitian who will provide support, tools, and resources including but not limited to: a Nutrition Assessment, nutrition counseling, food planning and preparation support, meal planning, and more.
