24 Ways to Self-Care Through Covid- 19

Self care is often times easier said than done in the real world. It needs to be intentional, consistent, and realistic. Here’s one way to give it a go!

Only a few months into 2020, this Bingo card was developed with intentions to be a visual reminder of carving out some self-care time. This was created at the heart of Covid when most of us needed and continue to need the reminder to take a little time for ourselves, even if only a few minutes a day.

The instructions are simple: Complete at least one square per day. If you’re able, complete more than one square daily. Feel free to share the card with family members or friends. And don’t limit yourself to 5 in a row. See how you feel after completing all 24 squares and then start over.
